THRIVE Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 1 q water
- 1 T thrive chicken bouillon
- 3 c thrive mushroom pieces
- 1⁄2 c thrive chopped onions (fd)
- 1⁄2 c thrive celery
- 1⁄4 c thrive carrot dices
- 1 t thrive iodized salt
- 1⁄2 t pepper
- 1 t seasoned salt
- 1⁄2 t italian seasoning
- 4 oz finished roux
- 2 c cream
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the cream and the roux in a sauce pot. Bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes and then add the roux. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add cream all at once and stir in well. Bring to a simmer; taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
