Must Have Item for Trauma First Aid Kits
Hemostatic agents in bandage or sponge formats like QuickClot are must haves for first aid kits and blow out kits. The version of QuickClot that Shelf Reliance sells is the sponge version, not the powdered version that can cause some problems when it comes time to clean up and suture the wound. Get at least two of these for every first aid or blow out kit. You also should get several compression bandages as these need compression to work.
